Predictive Intelligence

Predictive intelligence allows Machine learning through a series of repeated processing of data, without being explicitly programmed. OOB modules served are ITSM, CSM, HR, EM, and custom applications.

Following are the operations that PI can perform:

Plugins involved:

• glide.platform_ml.clone_artifacts - This is to keep the trained solutions on a sub-prod instance when a production clone is down.

• com.glide.platform_ml - This is to activate Predictive intelligence machine learning plugin in the system.
